1 Select any option.
îš„Off
Does not trim the fore edge of booklets.
îš„On
Trims the fore edge of booklets.
îš„Paper Supply
Displays the [Paper Supply] screen. Select the paper tray to be used. Select the tray
with paper loaded in landscape orientation.
îš„Cut to Size
Displays the width of the finished booklet after being trimmed by the amount specified
in [Default Trim Margin]. Change the value as necessary.
Important • When trimming, set the width of the finished booklet after being trimmed to trim 2 mm or
more.
Note • You can set [Default Trim Margin] in the System Administration mode. For more information,
refer to "5 Tools" > "Copy Service Settings" > "Copy Control" > "Default Trim Margin" in the
Administrator Guide.
• In rare cases, delivered outputs may contain trim scraps.
Preset Repeat Image (Making Multiple Copies on a Single Sheet)
This feature allows you to repeatedly copy one original onto equally divided areas
according to the specified number of copies.
You can select the number of the times the original is copied onto one sheet from [2
Times], [4 Times], or [8 Times].
Note • When you select an option other than [Auto %] in [Reduce/Enlarge], image loss may occur
depending on the image size of the document.
