Making Backups of Files in a Folder
The Back-Up Tool for restored document allows you to back up documents stored in
the machine’s folders (mailboxes) onto your computer. The following shows the
reference section for each feature.

Note • You cannot use the machine while making backups.
• When using backup documents on this machine or on other D125/D110/D95, make sure
that all the feature settings of the machine and the paper sizes/orientations of the paper
trays are exactly the same as when backup documents were created. If restoring backup
documents on other D125/D110/D95, and if the machine carries optional features that are
different from the machine from which backup documents were created, backup documents
may not be printed out according to the original settings.

Step 1 Specifying the Machine Settings
Use the following procedure to program onto this machine a host name (FQDN) or an
IP address of a computer to which the Back-Up Tool for restored document is installed.
1 Enable the SNMP, SOAP, WebDAV, and Internet Services (HTTP) ports of the
machine.
For information on how to enable the ports, refer to "5 Tools" > "Connectivity & Network Setup" >
"Port Settings" in the Administrator Guide.
2 Set the computer’s host name (FQDN) or IP address on this machine.
Note • An IPv6 address can be used on a computer running Windows Vista or later.
