Reset User Accounts
This feature allows you to delete or reset all registered users.
 All User Accounts
All settings registered by users are deleted.
Important • Mailboxes and their contents are also deleted. Deletion may take a long time especially
when the mailboxes contain a large volume of documents.
 All Account Limits
Every Account Limit is set to [No Limit].

Password Entry - Control Panel
This feature allows you to set whether to enable password authentication when the
authentication feature is enabled. Also, this allows you to determine whether to enter
the password to enter the System Administration Mode even when the authentication
feature is not enabled.
It is recommended to set the password for better security.
User Name
Set a user name.

Setting via Control Panel:
Enter up to 32 characters.

Setting via CentreWare Internet Services:
Enter up to 32 (16) characters.

Password
Specify the password. It is recommended to set the password
for better security. Enter from 4 to 12 characters for the Pass-
word.
Note • Password is required to authenticate the user when
[Password Entry - Control Panel] is set to [Yes].
Account Limit
Allows you to set restrictions on the user for each of the copy/
scanner/printer functions.
Copy Select [No Limit] or [Limited].

[No Limit]: All of the copy features can be used.

[Limited]: Copy features are locked.
Scan Select [No Limit] or [Limited].
z
[No Limit]: All of the scanner features can be used.
z
[Limited]: Scanner features are locked.
Print Select [No Limit] or [Limited].

[No Limit]: All of the print features can be used.
z
[Limited]: Print features are locked.
