[Copy] > [Basic Copy]
Media Supply
This feature allows you to select the media size.
 Auto Select
Based on the document size and set ratios, the
machine automatically selects the media source
loaded with the appropriate media and makes
copies.
Note • [Auto%] for [Reduce/Enlarge] and [Auto
Select] for [Media Supply] cannot be selected at the same time.
 Media Size/Source (2nd and 3rd Buttons)
Displays the media sizes or sources you can select.
Note • You can change the media sizes/sources to be displayed.
For the setting method, refer to "Media Supply - 2nd and 3rd Buttons" (P.229).
Variable
ratios
Allows you to specify any ratio for copying within a range from 25 to 400%
in 0.1% increments.
Touch the entry area for numerical values, and enter the numerical values
using the numeric keypad, [ ] [ ] in 1% increments, or [+0.1] [-0.1] in
0.1% increments.
Presets (Six
Types)
Displays six preset copy ratios you can select.
Note • You can change the ratio to be displayed.
For the setting method, refer to "Reduce/Enlarge Buttons" (P.233)
Calculator %
Allows you to specify a different size for the height and width.
If you specify both the document size and the copy size, the copy ratios for
the height and width are calculated automatically according to the sizes that
you entered. The calculation results are indicated by copy ratios within the
range from 25 to 400%.
Important • After you have finished specifying the width and height here, make
sure to press [Close].

Original
Size
Set the height and width of the
document size from 1 to 999mm
in 1mm increments.
Copy Size Set the height and width of the
copy size from 1 to 999mm in
1mm increments.
Note • After entering the values for [Original Size] and [Copy Size], select
another entry area to display the calculated ratio.
