Communication Related Errors
Module Error
When a module error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays one of the following codes.
M0:D4 Wi-Fi error
M1:D5 Wired LAN error
M2:D6 Contactless smart card reader error
M3:D7 Touch screen error
Turn the scanner off then back on.
If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this
product. Or, make an inquiry by referring to the contact information at the Contact for Inquiries section in
Safety Precautions bundled with this product.
Network Setting Error
If a network settings error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays one of the following codes.
M4:A2
M4:A3
M4:A4
M4:A5
M4:A6
M4:A7
M4:A8
M4:A9
M4:AA
M4:AB
Check the message displayed in the [Error] screen, and press the [Set] button to correct the network settings.
If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this

Server Setting Error
If an error occurs in the settings in PaperStream NX Manager, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays
