Part of the Image Appears Missing in the Case Where the Carrier Sheet Is Used
Check the following points
● Did you place several small documents (such as photos or postcards) in the Carrier Sheet for scanning?

● Does the fold line of the document hang off the Carrier Sheet? (page 212)
If the problem persists, check the items in Before You Contact the Scanner Service Provider (page 213)
first, then contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this product. Or, make an inquiry by
referring to the contact information at the Contact for Inquiries section in Safety Precautions bundled with
this product.
● Did you place several small documents (such as photos or postcards) in the Carrier Sheet for scanning?
Solution
Place only one document (such as a photo or postcard) at a time in the Carrier Sheet.
● Does the fold line of the document hang off the Carrier Sheet?
Solution
Part of the image around where the document is folded may appear missing.
Place the document so its fold line is set about 1 mm inside from the edge of the Carrier Sheet.
