To remove a heat sink from the server module:
1. Using the #2 screwdriver, unscrew the four screws holding the heat sink
in place on top of the CPU until the screws are very loose. The screws do
not come out.
2. Lift the heat sink straight up off the CPU.
3. Using the high-purity isopropyl alcohol and the lint-free cloth,
thoroughly clean the thermal paste off the bottom of the heat sink.
Always apply the alcohol to the cloth. Do not apply the alcohol directly to
the heat sink.
4. Pack the heat sink in the applicable packaging.
