Parameter setting
ƒ Set the proportional gain (V
pn
) via C0070:
– Enter approx. 50 % of the speed setpoint (100 % = 16384 = n
max
).
– Increase C0070 until the drive becomes instable (pay attention to engine noises).
– Reduce C0070 until the drive runs stable again.
– Reduce C0070 to approx. half the value.
ƒ In the PLC program, the MCTRL_nNAdapt_a variable can be used to change the
proportional gain (V
pn
):
–V
pn
= MCTRL_nNAdapt_a [%] × C0070
– Default: MCTRL_nNAdapt_a = 100 % ð V
pn
= 100 % × C0070 = C0070

ƒ The reset time (T
nn
) is set via C0071:
– Reduce C0071 until the drive becomes instable (pay attention to engine noises).
– Increase C0071 until the drive runs stable again.
– Increase C0071 to approx. the double value.

ƒ The derivative gain (T

) is set via C0072:
– Increase C0072 during operation until an optimal control mode is reached,
although the D component is mostly not used in praxis (C0072=0).
