SIP Accounts
• While configuring ATA211, one of the most important steps is to configure the SIP parameters. You can
have maximum three SIP accounts. Thus the ATA211 can take the services of maximum three ITSP's.
• While taking services from ITSP, you should take all the important information such as SIP ID,
Authentication ID, Authentication Password, Registrar Server Address, Registrar Server Port, Outbound
Server Proxy Address and Outbound Server Port from the ITSP and configure the same in 'SIP Accounts'
page in the web Jeeves.
Proxy and P2P accounts:
• For Proxy account, you should program the Registrar Server Address and SIP Id for the relevant SIP
account to be used. SIP Id differs from call to call which will be authenticated by the proxy.
• For P2P account you need not configure the Registrar Server Address and SIP Id for the relevant SIP
account to be used. You should program '*' as SIP Id for P2P account which will be used for P2P call.
• This type of call is generally made by the user who has their own private VPN or leased line connected to
the different branch offices.
How to program?
Open the Web Jeeves and click on 'SIP Accounts' link. (Only Admin can access this Webpage). The Webpage will
be as shown below:
