Supplementary Services
ATA211 supports various Supplementary call Services. These can be configured using Web Jeeves as well as
phone command.
For Programming Using Commands and more details on supplementary call features, refer topics
“Managing Calls” and “Call Features” in Using SETU ATA211. Refer “Class of Service” in chapter 'FXS
Port' to enable the feature.
How to program?
Open the Web Jeeves and click on 'Supplementary Services' link. (Both Admin and User can access this
Webpage). The Web page will be as shown below.
Following 'Supplementary Services' features can be configured on this page:
• Call Forward
• Call Waiting
• Do Not Disturb (DND)
Call Forward:
This feature enables you to forward calls to desired number when you are busy or not available at your place.
You can forward all incoming calls on SIP or FXO trunk only if the call is placed on your FXS port (routing type
is configured to route the call to FXS).
Select the required Call forward (CF) type from following options and enter the number or IP address
(destination address) in the corresponding field, on which you want the call to be forwarded. By default, all
types of CF are disabled.
• Call Forward-Unconditional
• Call Forward-When Busy
• Call Forward-When No Reply
