To know the call transfer results, 'A' should remain off-hook after dialing C's number.
• 'A' gets confirmation tone for 3 seconds followed by Dial tone if transfer is successful. 'A' gets error tone
followed by disconnecting the call, if call transfer is not successful.
Attended Transfer feature is applicable only from FXS Port.
Call Toggle
Call Toggle feature allows you to toggle between an active call and a held call without getting disconnected. Ensure
that feature is enabled in Class of Service. Refer “Class of Service” in chapter FXS Port.
How it works?
You can perform toggle activity for following types of calls:
• To toggle between two IP calls.
• To toggle between IP and PSTN call.
Call Toggle feature is applicable only for FXS Port.
3-Party Conference
3-Party Conference enables you to have conference between three parties. During conference all the three parties
can talk to each other. Ensure that feature is enabled in Class of Service. Refer “Class of Service” in chapter FXS
Port.
How it works?
You can use Conference feature between two OG Calls or between two IC Calls or between One OG Call & One IC
Call.
Conference can be made between following types of users:
• If remote user1 is on PSTN and remote user2 is on IP OR
• If remote user1 is on IP and remote user2 is on PSTN OR
• If remote user1 is on IP and remote user2 is on IP
When you go on-hook during active Conference, the Conference will be terminated and both the calls will be
disconnected.
Conference feature is applicable only for FXS Port viz. Only FXS Port user can conduct Conference.
3-Party Conference can be converted to Call Toggle by dialing Call Toggle access code. User will be
connected to one of the parties and the other party goes on hold. While initiating the conference, the
ATA211 supports only G.711 (Mu-law) Vocoder.
