System Name
Enter the system name here. This will allow Admin to identify the particular ATA unit when multiple ATA's are
connected in LAN network. Name can be of maximum 24 characters. All ASCII characters are allowed. By default,
System Name is Matrix Setu ATA211.
Call Progress Tone Generation (CPTG)
To select Call Progress Tones, select the country in which ATA211 is installed. By default, INDIA is selected. (Refer
Table1 for the list of countries and various tones supported by those countries.)
• The ATA211 supports following call progress tones: Dial Tone, Ring Back Tone, Busy Tone, Error Tone1,
Error Tone2, Confirmation Tone, Programming Tone, CCWT, Routing Tone, Prompt Tone.
• Dial Tone: ATA plays the Dial Tone when it is ready to accept the first digit to make an outgoing call. It
is normally played to user when that port goes OFF-Hook.
• Ring Back Tone: ATA plays the Ring Back Tone when the called device sends alert to the callee about
receipt of a call from the callee.
• Busy Tone: ATA plays the Busy Tone when the callee is busy.
• Error Tone1: ATA plays 'Error Tone1' when, proxy server is not registered or user has performed some
wrong operation after going off-hook.
• Error tone2: Error tone2 is played during following call conditions.
• Transfer Failure
• Programming Error
• Confirmation Tone: ATA plays 'Confirmation Tone', to indicate that valid command is received by the
system.
• Programming Tone: ATA plays 'Programming Tone' which prompts the user to enter fresh commands
during programming.
