Matrix SETU ATA211 V1 System Manual 113
Automatic Number Translation
• Automatic Number Translation (ANT) feature for SIP account, translates the number dialed by the user to
the number that is understood by the ITSP (SIP) network.
• Refer chapter “Automatic Number Translation” for more details about the ANT feature.
• Apply ANT?: Program 'Yes' for 'Apply ANT?' to enable the feature. Program 'No' to disable the feature.
Default = No.
• Dialed Number list: Select from 1 to 8, default = 1.
• Substitute number list: Select from 1 to 8, default = 1.
Anonymous Call Rejection
• This feature is used to reject the incoming calls which do not have the identity of the caller and is useful for
security purpose.
• The Anonymous calls are the calls without any Calling Party information.
• Enable Anonymous call Rejection: Select 'No' to disable the feature. When disabled, Anonymous calls will
be accepted and routed/answered by ATA. Select 'Yes' to enable the feature. When enabled, Anonymous
calls will be rejected.
Default = No.
CLI Number on FXS Port
• This parameter is useful to provide the information to the user about the 'Number' of the calling party or
called party.
• The 'Type' to be displayed can be programmed with two options:
• Received Calling Party
• Received Called Party
• If 'Received Calling party' option is selected, 'calling party number' will be displayed as CLI on FXS port
and call will be routed further.
• If 'Received Called Party' option is selected, 'called party number' will be displayed as CLI on FXS port and
call will be routed further.
Default = 'Received Calling Party'.
Caller ID
• Send Caller ID: This parameter signifies whether the ATA should send the Caller ID or not, for the OG call
from the SIP account.
If this parameter is set 'No', all subsequent OG calls will be considered as 'Anonymous calls' and caller's
number will not be sent. If it is set as 'Yes', the ATA211 will send the Caller's number.
Default = 'Yes' for all SIP Accounts.
This feature can be configured using Phone command also.
(Refer topic “Call Features” in chapter 'Using SETU ATA211' for more information about feature and
programming using phone).
• Send Caller ID of FXS/FXO?: This parameter signifies whether the ATA should send (in the SIP
message); the CLI received on FXO port or FXS Port Number or SIP-ID configured on SIP Account, when
OG call is made from the Proxy/P2P SIP account. This parameter is applicable only if the parameter 'Send
Caller ID?' is configured as 'Yes'.
Configure this parameter as 'Yes', if the ATA should send FXS port number as CLI, for the OG call from
FXS port or should send the same CLI as received, for the OG call from FXO port.
However, if the ATA does not receive the CLI on FXO or the number is not configured on FXS port or if the
flag for 'Send Caller ID?' is set to 'No', the call will be considered as Anonymous.
