Using Web Jeeves
Open the Web Jeeves and click 'Supplementary Services' link. (Both Admin and User can access this Webpage).
The Web page will be as shown below:
On above page, select 'Set/cancel' to enable/disable DND. Default is disable.
Using Commands
Enter programming mode by dialing #19-Admin Password (default password 1234) or #18-User Password
(default password 1234) and then issue following commands from the Programming mode:
• To set DND, issue command 61-Code-#*, where Code = 1 to set the feature and Code = 0 to cancel the
feature.
Making call using Auto PSTN Fall Back
During routing the PSTN/GSM number through SIP Account, it may happen that the Ethernet link is down or the
SIP account used is not registered. Hence the call will not be routed through SIP and you will get 'error tone'. To
avoid this, you can use the feature 'Auto PSTN Fallback' by which the call will be automatically routed from the
alternate port (FXO port).
Thus it is possible to route the SIP call to FXO port during following faulty conditions:
• SIP Account is enabled but not registered.
• SIP Account is configured for P2P calling but Ethernet link is down.
• SIP Account is registered but Ethernet link is down.
You will get an alert (beep) and then the call is routed from FXO port.
While routing the call to the FXO port, if FXO port is found busy, the system will wait for 45sec (FXO port
busy wait timer, which is programmable) for the port to become free. If FXO port becomes free within
45sec, the number will be out dialed on FXO port. Else the user will get error tone.
This feature is applicable for FXS port only.
