Finding a File in Folder View
When you perform a folder search, all of the files saved in your computer and connected media are searched.
To find a file in folder view, follow the procedure below.
1 From the [File] menu, select [Find].
The [Find] dialog box appears.
2 Check the checkboxes of the search conditions you want to use, and set the
details for the search.
3 Select the location to search for the files ([My Computer] or [Specify
Location]). If you select [Specify Location], click the [Browse] button and
specify a location.
No. Search Condition Description
File Name Enters the file name. You can use part of the file name as a
search condition.
Shooting Date Specifies the range of the search by selecting the start/end
date and time.
Comments Enters comments of the file you want to search for. Part of
the comments can be a search condition.
File type Check the checkbox of the file type (image, movie, sound,
or print work file) of the file you want to search.
