[Restrictions]
S A maximum of 256 numeral displays can be registered for one screen. (Same for
window screen.) For an overlapping screen comprising 8 child screens, the
maximum is 1024.
There is no restriction on the number of numeral displays that can be registered
for one screen data file: any number can be registered as long as the data file
capacity is not exceeded. However, if a large number of elements are regis-
tered, check that the restrictions on element display are complied with by refer-
ring to “Display Restrictions” (page 644).
S The maximum number of numeral display which can be displayed using “indirect
reference” is 100 per screen combined with the number of character string dis-
play which is displayed using “indirect reference”. (Same restriction opplies to
overlapping screens or when displaying window screens.)
S The range of numeric values that can be displayed depends on the “Storage
Type” (“BCD” or “Binary”), “Display Type” (“Decimal” or “Hexadecimal”), and
“Display Sign” settings made for the numeral memory table. For details, refer to
7-3-1 “Numeral Memory Tables” (page 284).
