Installing Staples
If your printer has the optional Integrated Finisher, optional Office LX Finisher with Booklet Maker
option, or the optional Professional Finisher, you will be alerted by a message on the printer control
panel when a staple cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced.

Staple Replacement for Integrated Finisher
Warning: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
1. Open the finisher front cover.
2. Remove the stapler cartridge by pulling it straight out. Check the inside of the finisher for any loose
staples and remove them.
