Setting Printing Options
Printing options (also called printer driver options) such as custom size and 2-Sided printing, are
selected in Printing Preferences (Windows), and Xerox Features (Macintosh).

Windows Printing Options
The following table lists printing options organized in tabs within the Printing Preferences window:
Note: For more information about Windows printer driver options, click the Help button in the
lower right-hand corner of any tab in the Printing Preferences window.
Setting Default Printing Options (Windows)
When you print from any software application, the printer uses the print job settings specified in the
Printing Preferences window. You can specify your most common printing options and save them so
that you do not have to change them every time you print.
Tab Printing Options
Paper/Output Job type: Normal Print, Secure Print, Sample Set, Delay Print, Save to Mailbox
Paper: Paper size, paper color, paper type, tray selection, transparency separators
2-Sided printing: 1-Sided Print, 2-Sided Print, 2-Sided Print, Flip on Short Edge
Finishing; Varies based on configuration
Print quality: High Resolution, High Quality, High Speed
Output destination: Automatically Select, Left Top Tray
Color Options Color correction: Automatic, Black and White, Color Adjustments
Layout/Watermark Page Layout: Pages per sheet (N-Up)
Booklet layout (optional)
Page Layout Options: Portrait, Landscape, Rotated Landscape), 1-Sided Print, 2-Sided
Print, 2-Sided Print, Flip on Short Edge, Watermark settings
Advanced Document Options: Copies, Collate, Banner Sheet, Request Offset, Bypass Tray
Feed Edge
Image Options: Application Reduce/Enlarge, Draft Mode, Margins, Mirrored Output,
