Replace conveyor deflector
The conveyor chain is not offered protection by worn conveyor deflectors (1), conveyor
deflectors have to be replaced.
1） Remove conveyor deflector bolts and conveyor deflector;
2） Install new conveyor deflectors with new bolts.
Wear parts of conveyor system includes: Conveyor deflector (1); Conveyor (2); Guard
plate (3); Chain (4); Bottom plate (5).
Your Dynapac customer service will be happy to provide support during maintenance,
repair and the replacement of wearing parts!
Check the conveyor drive chain tension
To manually check the tension of the
chain, press one side of the chain by
hand, if the tension has been set
properly, the chain must be able to
move freely approx. 10-15mm.
To re-tension the chains:
- Unfastened lock nut (2).
- Loosen connection bolts (3)
between motor holder and frame.
- Tighten the chain to proper position
through adjusting thread length of
tension bolt (1).
- Retighten lock nut (2) and bolts (3).
