Check the flow of lubricant at the consumers
- Remove the lubrication lines and install a normal lubricating cup.
- Operate the grease gun until the lubricant visibly emerges.
- Rectify any faults in the flow of lubricant.
- Reinstall the lubrication lines.
- Check all connections and lines for leaks.
Bearing points
One lubricating nipple (A) is located at each
hydraulic cylinder bearing point (top and
bottom).
One lubricating nipple (B) is located at each
push roller bearing point.
One lubricating nipple (C) is located at guide
roller bearing on track unit. (each side)
Add grease with grease gun at least 100 times
when starts with new bearing.
