8-8 Chapter 8 - Replacement Procedures
PRELIMINARY
3) Gently separate the back cover from the touch display panel.
8-2-4-5 Rear Cover Installation Procedure
1.) Attach the rear cover to the front panel and tighten the 7 captive screws
NOTE: Make sure the eDP cable connector is not pinched when closing the back cover.
2.) Install the battery.
3.) Install the battery cover.
4.) Switch On the battery power switch.
5.) Close the battery power switch silicon cover
Note: IMPORTANT: Remove all labels from the old back cover and adhere them on the back side of
the newly installed back cover.
