The needle bar can be lifted or lowered by hand with the handpulley.

The cloth cutting knife can be lifted or lowered by hand with the
cloth cutting dial. (When the power is turned OFF.)

rotate in accordance
with the rotation of the sewing machine and the drive of the
cloth cutting knife.
Be careful not to allow your hands or the like to touch to
