16.8Dismantling centrifugal clutch
Condition
Centrifugal clutch removed.

– Loosen screws with special tool.
Mortise key (45229021000) ( p. 143)

Clutch spring with green mark
– Remove screw with spacing washer and spring .
Info
Washer is used for adjusting the clutch engagement speed and does
not have to be fitted.
All clutch springs must be marked with the same color.
– Remove clutch shoe .
– Repeat these steps on the other clutch shoes.

– Position the clutch shoe .
– Fit screw with spacing washer and spring .

be fitted consistently on all clutch shoes depending on the clutch
engagement speed.
