13.1 Grinding-specific tool monitoring in the part program (TMON, TMOF)
Function
With the TMON command, you can activate geometry and speed monitoring for grinding tools
(type 400 - 499) in the NC part program. Monitoring remains active until deactivated in the
part program using the
TMOF command.
Note
Please follow the machine manufacturer's instructions!
Requirements
The grinding-specific tool parameters $TC_TPG1 to $TC_TPG9 must be set.
Syntax
TMON(<T-No.>)
TMOF(<T-No.>)
Description
TMON
Command to switch-in the grinding-specific tool monitoring
TMOF
Command to switch-out the grinding-specific tool monitoring
<T-No.>
Specifies the T number
Note:
Only necessary if the tool with this T number is not active.
TMOF(0)
Deactivate monitoring for all tools
