Overwrite Hard Disk
Note
This is an optional feature that may not be available on your copier/printer; it is part of the
optional Data Security Kit. It overwrites information on the hard disk to ensure the highest level
of security. This option must be enabled by the System Administrator.
The Overwrite Hard Disk feature prevents the document image and registered data recorded on
the hard disk from being illegally retrieved.
1. Access to this feature is via the Machine Status button on the control panel.

(Available when Accounting Type feature is set to
Accounting Disabled.)

Lists Auditron reports for all copy jobs completed by the
selected users.
