Installing the chain tensioner
•
Fit the chain tensioner body on the cyl-
inder and insert a new paper gasket.
•
Tighten the two screws to the prescri-
bed torque.
•
Insert the spring and tighten the screw
together with the washer.

•
Position the plate (1) of the specific
timing tool and lock it in place using the
two screws (2) on the cover.
•
Insert the tool (3) on the crankshaft,
making sure that the pin (4) mounted
on the crankshaft is inserted into the
seat on the tool (5).
