Remove the bent staple when opening the staple cartridge cover. If you do not remove the bent staple, a
staple jam may occur as a result. Use the staple cartridge cover only when removing the bent staple.
Staple Jams in Staple Cartridge (For Finisher-A1)
This section describes how to clear staple jam occurred in the staple cartridge of the
Finisher-A1 (optional).

Make sure that the machine is not operating, and open the finisher front cover.

Take the staple cartridge out of the machine.

The staple cartridge is firmly inserted. A slight force is required to pull the cartridge out of the finisher.

After you take out the staple cartridge, check inside of the finisher for any remaining
staples.
