open the cap after more than 10 minutes

for the temperature of the radiator to decrease.

Prepare a bucket.

2. Remove the radiator cap (1) to drain the coolant

fully.

3. Open the drain valve (2) and remove the EGR

cooler hose (3) to drain the coolant.

4. After you drain, close the drain valve (2).

5.3 Removing CRS intermediate

harness

Disconnect the engine ECU intermediate harness.

Remove the DPF intermediate harness (3) from the

bracket.

3. Remove the injector intermediate harness (1) from

the bracket.

4. Remove the engine intermediate harness (2) from

the bracket.

5. Remove the

connecters from each sensor and each

device.

5.4 Removing external components

1. Remove the air cleaner.

2. Remove the starter (1).
