(2) Detaching and refitting the main charger grid
Follow the procedure below to clean or replace the main charger grid.
Procedure
1. Remove the main charger unit (see page 1-
6-31).
2. Remove the screw and then remove the
main charger grid.
3. Clean or replace the main charger grid and
then refit the grid to its original position on
the main charger unit.
4. Refit the main charger unit.

(3) Detaching the main charger wire cleaning pad
Follow the procedure below to replace the main charger wire cleaning pad.
Procedure
1. Remove the main charger unit (see page 1-
6-31).
2. Remove the main charger grid.
3. Remove four inserted parts of the main
charger cleaning pad and then remove the
pad from the main charger unit.
4. Clean the main charger wire cleaning pad
and then refit the pads to the main charger
unit.
5. Refit the main charger grid to the main
charger unit.
6. Refit the main charger unit.
