9.3.5 Creating a new directory/program
Directory structures help you to manage your program and data
transparently. You can create any number of subdirectories for this
purpose in a directory.
You can create programs and their program blocks In a sub-
directory/directory (see Sec. "Creating a sequential control program").
The new program is automatically saved for you in the NCK work
memory.
Directory: Creating
îš¾ Open the Program Manager.
New
Directory
îš¾ Press the "New" and "Directory" softkeys.
îš¾ Enter a new directory name.
îš¾ Press the "OK" softkey.
The new directory is created.
Program: Creating
îš¾ Open the Program Manager.
îš¾ Place the cursor on the directory in which you want to create a
new program.

îš¾ Press the "Input" or "Cursor right" key.
New
îš¾ Press the "New" softkey.
ShopTurn
program
îš¾ Now press the "ShopTurn program" softkey if you want to create a
sequential control program.
