FUEL SYSTEM AND THROTTLE BODY 13-9
Remove the throttle cable cover 9 by removing its bolts 8.
Loosen the lock-nuts 0.
Disconnect the throttle cables from their pulley.
Remove the throttle body assembly.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the hot starter valve 1 and spring 2 from the hot
starter cable.
Remove the fuel hose 3 and starter knob/idle screw 4.
Remove the TP sensor 6 by removing its bolt 5 with the
special tool.
NOTE:
Prior to disassembly, mark the sensor original position with a
paint or scribe for accurate reinstallation.
09930-11950: Torx wrench (T25H)
After disconnecting the throttle cables, do not snap
the throttle valve from full open to full close. It may
cause damage to the throttle valve and throttle body.
* Be sure to disconnect the fuel hose 3 by your hand.
You may not disconnect the fuel hose 3 with any
tool.
* Do not turn the starter knob/idle screw 4 unless it is
necessary.
