6-6 CYLINDER HEAD, CYLINDER AND PISTON
• Disengage the camshafts C from cam chain B.
• Remove the dowel pins D and C-rings E.

CYLINDER HEAD REMOVAL
• Remove the camshafts. (6-4, -5)
• Remove the spark plug. (2-7)
• Remove the throttle body. (13-8, -9)
• Drain engine coolant. (14-3)
• Loosen the muffler connector clamp bolt 1.
• Remove the exhaust pipe 3 by removing their nuts 2.
• Remove the exhaust pipe gasket 4
• Disconnect the radiator hoses 6 by loosing their clamp
screws 5.
• Disconnect the ECT sensor coupler 7.
• Remove the engine mounting upper brackets 9 by removing
their bolts and nut 8.
• Remove the TO sensor 0.
• Remove the left radiator louver A.
• Remove the left radiator mounting bolts B.
Do not drop the cam chain B, dowel pins D and C-
rings E into the crankcase.
