Create a Mailbox FP9
The machine has 200 mailboxes available.
A mailbox must be created before you can use Remote Mailbox or route received documents into
mailboxes (using the File Destination / Output Destination settings). Mailbox Fax Receive or Private
Polling documents are stored in the Mailbox. This is also convenient for differentiating between received
documents and documents to be transmitted (such as by Private Polling).
1. Press the Log In / Out button to enter System Administration Mode.
2. On the keypad enter [11111] or current password. Touch Confirm when finished.
3. Touch System Settings, then touch Setup Menu.
4. Touch Mailbox.
5. Select a Mailbox number.
