10.3 Removal of the Light Pipe cover plate
This procedure assumes that the Light Pipe is removed from the Corner Block.
CAUTION: All servicing to the Light Pipe components must be done in a dust free area.
While a strict cleanroom environment is not required, do make sure dust is removed from the
servicing area as much as possible.
Required tools
2.5mm Allen wrench.
How to remove the cover plate of the Light Pipe?
1. Remove the 10 screws (reference 1 Image 10-6) from the cover plate. Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench.
2. Remove the cover plate from the Light Pipe housing.
