Board (LCB)
Code 20003: “LCB – Board temperature too high”
Situation Solution
Ambient temperature too high. Ensure that the ambient temperature of the projector is within spec.
Malfunction temperature
sensor on LCB.
Replace the LCB. See service procedure “Replacing the Laser Control
Board (LCB)”, page 64.
Code 20004: “LCB – Board temperature sensor shorted”
Situation Solution
Malfunction temperature

Situation Solution
Ambient temperature too high. Ensure that the ambient temperature of the projector is within spec.
Insufficient cooling of
phosphor wheel motor
• Check the Cooling fluid level. Add in cooling fluid to the light source if
the level is too low. See procedure “Liquid cooling circuit”, page 91.
• Clean the front filter or replace with new one. See “Maintenance
procedures”, page 291.
• If error persists, replace the light source. See “Laser Phosphor Light
Source”, page 59.
