Situation Solution
Bad wiring connection Check the small orange connector J401 on the LCB and on the phosphor
wheel PCB. Make sure the cable is properly seated. Replace if necessary.

Group 20011: “LLS – Phosphor wheel motor temperature sensor open”

Ensure that environmental conditions comply with the operation
requirements of the projector. See installation manual of the projector for

Code 20026: “LCB – +24 V (fans) too low”
Situation Solution
Bad wiring connection Check connector J900 on the LCB and the LPM. Make sure the cable is
properly seated. If problem persists, replace the cable.
Defective +24V module LDM Replace the +24V module in the LDM (LDM slot 7). See service procedure
“Replacing a Laser Drive Module”, page 56.
Malfunction LCB. Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure “Replacing
the Laser Control Board (LCB)”, page 64.
Code 20029: “LCB – +24 V (fans) too high”
