3. Close the Light Pipe housing. See procedure “Installing the Light Pipe cover plate”, page 123.
10.6 Replacing Light Pipe lens No3 (zoom lens)
To replace the Light Pipe lens No3 the Light Pipe has to be removed from the Corner Block. This
procedure assumes that the Light Pipe is already removed.
Required tools
• Cotton gloves. (never use gloves that leave particles on the surfaces)
• 5.5mm nut driver.
• 1.5mm Allen wrench.
How to replace the Light Pipe zoom lens?
1. Open the Light Pipe housing. See procedure “Removal of the Light Pipe cover plate”, page 117.
2. Remove the adjustment screw (reference 5 Image 10-10) of the Light Pipe zoom lens. Note that a spring and
plain washer (reference 4 & 3 Image 10-10) comes loose together with the adjustment screw. Use a 5.5mm
nut driver.
3. Remove the lens container from the Light Pipe (reference 5 Image 10-10).
