5. Install the Light Source top cover and the projector top cover.
7.12 Replacing the Light Sensor Interconnection
Board
Required tools
• Allen wrench 1.5 mm
• Phillips screwdriver PH1
How to replace the interconnection board?
1. Remove the Light Source from the projector frame. See “Removing the Light Source”, page 61.
2. Carefully flip the light source, so that the bottom side becomes visible. Focus on the bottom of the Phosphor
Wheel.
3. Remove the protective cover over the interconnection board. Use a 1.5 mm Allen wrench to remove the two
screws.

4. Remove the wire unit connected to the interconnection board.
5. Replace the light sensor Board as illustrated. Use a PH1 Phillips screwdriver to loosen and tighten the screws.

6. Reconnect the wire unit to the Light Sensor Interconnection board.
7. Place the protective cover back over the interconnection board. Use a 1.5 mm Allen wrench to tighten the two
hex screws.
8. Carefully flip the light source back in its original position.
