6.11.3 Spectrometer calibration
The panel Spectrometer is mainly used for the energy calibration of the instrument. The energy
calibration of the XFlash
®
detectors typically is very stable. Nevertheless, it should be performed if
peaks of the measured spectrum do not correctly fit the KLM-markers.
