6.4.3.2 Definition of a quantification method
The definition of a quantification method can be performed by opening the method editor with the
rightward-facing arrow below the button. The method editor dialog allows settings for
every element. The different options offered by this dialog are described in the table below.

Option Description
Display of elements with pre-settings for
quantification, color-coded.
These settings define how the elements should be
used during quantification and are used
independent of the type of peak-ID.
The following peak-ID versions are available: (It is possible to select more than one)
