Enabling IPv4 Multicast Routing Globally
You must enable IP multicast routing globally before you can enable IP multicast Layer 3 switching on
Layer 3 interfaces.

Command Purpose

Enables IP multicast routing globally.
Router(config)# no ip multicast-routing
Disables IP multicast routing globally.
