10.6.3 Echo canceller
It is a function where the audio signal echo of the counterparty is reduced on the
counterparty's side by having the audio signal reflected by the Communication unit. The
normal settings are those shown in the screen below.
The echo canceller function is arranged in the MODEM board and the HUB board.

10.6.3.1 Extension (Only analog phone): Analog port 1 to Analog port 4
This is the ON/OFF setting for the echo canceller function for the TEL1 to 4 Analog
terminal (TEL/FAX) extension and external line.
Leave a tick placed in normal cases so that the Echo canceller function will be turned
ON.

settings for each function for the Echo canceller are
to be made upon each individual Handset.
Settings -> Basic -> Echo cancel -> Administrator's
password (01234567) -> Echo canceller
