exposed to temperatures over 100°F/38°C, or relative humidity over 80%, or
placed in contact with adhesives, adhesive tapes, or plasticizers such as
those found in all PVC page protectors.
NOTE: When in doubt about long-term storage conditions, store a photocopy
of the thermal paper recording
Loading the Printer Paper
How to load paper in the recorder/printer
1. Open the recorder/printer door by pushing the door latch.
2. Remove the paper core.
3. Place a new paper roll between the tabs of the paper holder. The paper
should unroll from underneath the paper roll (refer to the following
illustration).
4. Begin to close the door while still holding onto and pulling about 2-1/2 to 3
inches (6 to 8 cm) of paper; then close the door completely. You should hear
a snap as the door latch is engaged.
5. Ensure that the paper is properly aligned in the paper slot.
6. The recorder will automatically print out a short, annotated strip.
