Assistance and Parts
If the product malfunctions or if assistance, service, or spare parts are required,
contact GE Medical Systems Information Technologies Technical Support. GE
Medical Systems Information Technologies provides an assembly exchange
service. Before contacting GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, it is
helpful for you to duplicate the problem and check and confirm the operation of
all accessories to ensure that they are not the cause of the problem.
WARNING
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the Dash 2500
Patient Monitor. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
When calling, please have the following information at hand:
product name and model number and complete description of the
problem
the serial number of your Monitor
your name and address
a purchase order number if out-of-warranty repairs or spare parts are
required
your GE Medical Systems Information Technologies account number, if
applicable
the part number for spare or replacement parts
Maintenance, Cleaning, and Calibration
Discard single-use accessories after use. For maintenance and cleaning
instructions, please refer to individual parameter sections in this manual. For
calibration instructions, please refer to Dash 2500 Patient Monitor Service
Manual (PN 2042481-001).
Cleaning the Monitor
WARNING
Unplug the monitor before cleaning and disinfection.
