turn parameter off
This menu option enables you to suspend all monitoring and alarms for NIBP.
When you choose this option, no vital sign area is allocated to NIBP and the
message offline-NIBP appears in the setup parameters option. To resume
monitoring, choose offline-NIBP from the setup parameters option or push the
NIBP Go/Stop or NIBP Auto hardkey.
setup custom series
This option lets you configure a custom auto mode to meet the needs of your
clinical situation. Within this option, you can configure up to four separate steps
for auto BP determinations by setting the BP time interval and how many times
this interval is repeated. BP times can be set to OFF or to cycle at intervals of 1
min to 120 min. The Repeat option can be set to OFF or cont (which continues,
or repeats, this step indefinitely) or to 1 to 25 times. For example, if your clinical
situation calls for a stair stepping of NIBP determinations, you might configure
your custom setup as follows.
