The following tests can be performed in SYSTEM
MEAS mode:

l FM deviation
If a test fails in the SYSTEM
MEAS mode, confirm the failure using
CHANNEL MEAS mode. This may involve disabling carriers or modulation
according to FCC rules. Relative measurements showing cable TV equipment
contributions may also be helpful in meeting FCC requirements.
