MACHINE INSPECTION AFTER DAILY WORK 3
1. Walk around the machine and check the work equipment, machine exterior, and undercarriage, also check for
any leakage of oil or coolant. If any abnormalities are found, repair them.
2. Fill the fuel tank.
3. Check the engine compartment for paper and debris. Clean out any paper and debris to avoid a fire hazard.
4. Remove any mud affixed to the undercarriage.
LOCKING 3
Always lock the following places.
(1) Operator's cab door
Always close the window.
(2) Fuel tank filler port
(3) Engine hood
(4) Toolbox cover
(5) Left side door of the machine
(6) Right side door of the machine
REMARK
Use the starting switch key to open and close all these places.
OVERLOAD WARNING DEVICE 3
Excavators are provided with this device to warn the operator
about tipping over while lifting loads. A buzzer will sound when
the machine is in L mode and the machine nears its lifting
capacity.
REMARK
1. Only conduct lifting operations in L mode as the overload
warning system is only active in this mode.
2. When the load comes close to the lifting capacity, the buzzer
sounds and monitor (1) lights up.
