- Position the fork protector on the left fork leg. Mount and tighten screws O.
Guideline
I Remaining screws, chassis
110 Nm (7.4 Ibf ft) I
- Position the brake line and wiring harness. Put the clamp on, and mount and
tighten screws

- Position the fork protector on the right fork leg. Mount and tighten the screws.

- Remove front wheel. ( -- p. 71)
- Remove screws. and remove the clamp.

Remove cable clip ., remove screw. and remove the brake caliper.
- Allow the brake caliper and brake line
to hang tension-free to the side.
(EXC USA, all SIX DAYS models)
- Unscrew screws
•. Take out the left fork leg.
- Unscrew screws
•. Take out the right fork leg.

- Unscrew screws •. Take out the left fork leg.
- Unscrew screws

- Position the fork legs.

I The topmost milled groove in the fork leg must be flush to the upper edge of
the upper triple clamp.
Position bleeder
screws. toward the front.
