301ENGINE ASSEMBLY
Installinllhe balancer shaft
- Push balancer shaft. into the bearing seat. Align marking. on the balance
weight with
marking. on the primary gear.
- Mount collar bushing. and needle bearing •.

- Slide the outer clutch hub onto the gearbox main shaft. Turn oil pump gear. and
kickstarter gear. until the teeth of the outer clutch hub mesh.
- Slide on washer. and inner clutch hub •.
- Position the new lock washer and mount nut •. Tighten the nut, holding the inner
clutch hub with a special tool.

I Nut, inner clutch hub
I Mlax1.5
lao Nm (59 Ibf ft)
I Clutch holder (51129003000) ( .. p. 255)
- Secure the nut with the lock
washer.
- Insert the pressure piece.
