04LSHOCK ABSORBER, SWINGARM 50

Condition
The shock absorber has been demounted.
- Clamp the shock absorber in a vise using soft jaws.
- Remove the collar bushing of the heim joint.
I Pin (Tl20) ( .. p. 262)
- Turn the shock absorber around and remove the second heim joint collar bushing.
- Remove seal ring
0 on both sides.

Press the heim joint against a lock ring using the special tool.
I Pressing tool (Tl207S) ( .. p. 263)
- Remove the second lock ri ng •.
- Place special tool e underneath and press out heim joint e using special tool e.
I Pressing tool (Tl207S) ( .. p. 263)
- Position new heim joint 0 and special tool.
I Pressing tool (Tl206) ( .. p. 263)
- Press in the heim joint all the way.

- Remove the second lock ri ng •.
- Place special tool e underneath and press out heim joint e using special tool e.
I Pressing tool (Tl207S) ( .. p. 263)
- Position new heim joint 0 and special tool.
I Pressing tool (Tl206) ( .. p. 263)
- Press in the heim joint all the way.
